Processing question - is it high risk?
Where do banks (wells fargo, bofa, etc) draw the line on what is acceptable to sell?
An adult website would be high risk, so we couldn't use them. What about an adult related book on something like, masturbation? Or a book with dating tips? Are items like this too risky for US banks to want to process for the average Joe? |

Amazon etc sell all sorts of sex books...videos etc but they are classed as a bookstore ( wild example)..if everything you have is adult just throw in some non adult stuff....( I have seen this done more than once)

I believe it comes down to what is tangible and what is not. Banks( at least here) consider Virtual subscription based sites high risk. There's no signature and no proof of purchase or delivery. So the fraud rate is much higher compared to something tangible like a book. If you send someone a book you can(or at lease should) get proof of delivery. The content of the book shouldn't be an issue.I believe the same applies for sex toys and DVDs.
