For those of you not familiar with bricks, or fox holes...here are the definitions.

Brick = stone/mud/cement mixture formed into a cube

Fox Hole = 2-3 soldiers dug into a fortification, usually containing several automatic weapons, rockets or other artillery.

Also, there has been some question as to what type of jokes are allowed at checkpoints.

Never say "Hey Guy, relax, its not like i have a bomb"

Even though you are clearly joking, the soldier at the checkpoint may not be amused.

So please, try to steer clear of using quotes as "Hey Soldier, thanks for letting me pass, your the bomb!"

or

"I had some BOMB chicken last night!"

Please save this for home conversation, or amongst friends

I actually remeber a story on the news from the early 80's about how they had come up with over there, a vehicle mounted automatic rock thrower to deal with people throwing stones at them.
