There are many free online video converters but they are usually cumbersome or slow because theres shitloads of people who don't want to pay so they get overloaded as soon as they become popular. if a bunch of sponsors got together and made a large collection of promo vids to add to the collection would be a cool way to cross-promote mobile sites and have a larger database of videos
