I will not apologize and I told babymaker exactly he had 72 hours to return the loan before I write something damaging to his reputation and he agreed to those conditions.

Defamation is defined as saying something that is not true to damage someone's reputation. However, everything I said was true, so it is not defamation at all.

CORRECT fatfoo. No apology required in my opinion. It is called terms of business, and it doesn't matter how many friends people have that disagree. I wonder when you would have been paid without this thread.
