But when it all comes down to it, its BP. They chose to ignore the warning signs to begin with. But someone clearly needed to regulate on BP when they refused to adhere to warnings.

My theory: This was planned from the start. This is the next "oil crises." If they weren't using all the tubes up we would have extra tubes that we could push down into the water like a giant straw and suck all the oil out of the leak before it ever came to surface.
