Problematic issue with sponsor - your opinion needed!

Hi guys, recently found strange stat results at 1 of sponsors, still won't mention it's name, but definitely will do it later on.. in case of need!

Here is a situation... see below the stats of re-bills during end 2009 - 2010..
Nov 09: 23
Dec 09: 21
Jan 10: 31
Feb 10: 33
Mar 10: 38
Apr 10: 7
May 10: 0

* During all this period till now, I'm sending them stable monthly traffic of same amount (in average).

For my opinion, Apr & May look auspicious..
The issue is under check of sponsor for several weeks already.

Please drop here your thoughts.

The writing is on the wall. Doesn't look good. Time to dump the sponsor and find another one.

You say the same monthly traffic, but what about the same monthly sales?

Are you tracking your sales? Will they allow it? I wrote about this a few days ago:

http://returnmyjedi.com/2010/06/stop-the-bullshit/

-----

On the other hand, have you contacted someone there? It might be an error. I'm one for getting the two sides before making decisions.

Those stats arent impossible, but they are highly improbable. Going from 38 rebills to 0 in two months is very suspect.
Its either a genuine stats glitch or they are siphoning rebills.

their sales conversion keeps to be less or more same, monthly sales definitely dropped down as re-bills did.

Could be the case. Perhaps the rebill polls aren't working properly. Repolling the data from the billers should fix the issue.

Special thanks for your opinion Ralph, this may speed up the process & if this is a problem - solution will fix stats of other webmasters as well, as I believe I'm not only the 1 who got into such a situation.
