Hello, I have checked out LoadedCash, and I came up with some reasons why it is a good program, and why Pussy Cat / Tabitha is a good affiliate manager.

LoadedCash:
1. Not as saturated as some other programs, so the conversions are better than other programs
2. Extra payouts for female signups (for dating)
3. Bi-weekly payouts with epassporte option
4. Lots of features and tools, free content, geo hosted banners, galleries
5. Good support from affiliate managers

Pussy Cat / Tabitha
1. Helps affiliates make more money, no matter if they are big players, or small guys starting up
2. Offers customized banners and ways to make more money specialized for the affiliate's site
3. Friendly and always willing to spend time to talk about business with people and to help out with their issues
