Say I wanted to put a web page up and yet stay anonymous.... who should I use? I'm thinking just use go daddy.

If nothing illegal then godaddy should do the trick. Just make sure to set whois privacy to anonymous
Reflink ;) http://www.embracer.com/domain.php If you wanted offshore hosting on the other hand, godaddy is the last place you want to associate yourself with.
