What is the best script to run an ad network similar to Adbrite? I don?t have time for a custom script so I need something readymade. Any recommendations?

I was thinking of writing one and starting a business like adbrite, wouldn't be hard. I know LAMP more than the back of my own hand, there isn't anything I couldn't write.

I don't really want to compete with Adbrite myself

This is just for a private ad network but I still need something good. You are probably right. If you know what you are doing you can write a great script. I just don?t have time to wait right now.

Usually people use OpenX in a severely limited fashion by making themselves the only publisher, but I think it's intended to do exactly what you want.

You might be right! I have used OpenX before but I didn't really consider it for what I need now. I?ll have to take a better look...

If anyone have any other suggestions for any other scripts please let me know?

Correct. I ran into that same issue of limitations.

Plus it is not the most user friendly.
