What does this mean ?
On one of my link exchanges while checking the links I am getting this come up on one of them when I click on it, it pops up a window and tells me I have chosen to open an application/x-httpd-php The site does not load up at all just this browser popup asking me if I want to save it or open it . Anybody know what it is
