Uploading via FTP problems

I'm using smartftp and am having a problem with the upload constantly restarting itself. It will show for example 35.5 MB of 35.5 MB uploaded but stays in que, after a couple minutes it will restart the upload and replace what was just uploaded.

It will do this till I physically remove from que and have to time it just right to remove it. Previous to this problem I was having a problem with upload timing out and could never upload more then maybe 50 files or so and managed server made a change. Now it seems I can upload but it keeps writing over what was just uploaded.

Any ideas?

Try some other FTP clients, maybe this will help.

I've tried AceFtp, SmartFTP and CoreFTP. Problems are not always the same but always a problem. I actually just had a successful upload with a non-common option when replacing files with SmartFTP.

My programmer has problems as well, he needs to delete the file and then upload a new one. However I upload sometimes 3K files in a session and cannot delete and replace.

I've asked host numerous times to check settings with no luck.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
