We can't get that low as cPanel is $35 in itself. I do have some good pricing though, hit me up if you are interested

www.Zenex5ive.com has servers like that. 10mbps unmetered tho, $69 a month. cpanel is extra.

Sounds like O.P. should just get some more boxes from the original host giving him the sweet deal. Even if you can get a box down to that price point, there is still a DA/CP licensing cost to factor in.

all I host in there is couple of mb of php code and shitload of parked domains...
no real backup needed...
