It downloads the videos to your server.

Then, if you're using either Mechbunny's Adult Tube Script, or TubeAce's VW Pro script, it can also automatically add the videos to their databases as well.

Yeah, don't worry, I fully understand, and generally would never sell a package like this. Why do you think it's not listed in the Products menu on the site? yeah if their illegal well.... if the tube site deletes it because they were contacted, it was illegal you will still be hosting it.

2nd - Who really enforces 2257 anyway? With all the sites, dvd companies and content stores in the entire USA, how many inspections have really taken place? 10 or 11? And not one of them got into trouble and many had multiple violations.

I guess you don't believe in CP lawsuits etc/related? Get questioned for your content by DHS who controls Child exploration cases and sends out subpoenas and you'll think twice about having content on your site that you can't prove is legal.

No. A few core libraries of the infrastructure are encrypted with IonCube, but if you wanted to modify the tube scraping scripts themselves, you could. Their not encrypted. I believe in open source, but have to protect myself at the same time.
