Fraserside agreed to end the relationship... yeah right.
Bluebird filed a 1 million dollar law suit due to distribution problems. Now they deal with worldwide distribution direct.
Privates in-house legal counsel James Moran says Bluebirds termination to exclusive distribution is wishful thinking.... I read that James Moran says, ?Fraserside maintains the exclusive distribution agreement remains in full force and effect and expects Bluebird and its affiliates to honor the terms of the agreement. In particular, Fraserside expects Bluebird not to attempt to re-license its content anywhere else" & yet Bluebird today issued a press release maintaining that the termination of the deal was mutual.
