I assume the categories are customizable?

Are the field customizable? Like if my surfers don't care how long a video is or if the sites being reviewed should have their text content stats in there?

Yeah categories are all up to you. I provided the xml files for an easy mass import. You don't have to use my list of categories at all.

And for the fields, they're pre-defined but I can tell you how to change them

No there's no demo of the admin area. The meat is the custom fields/template. I didn't modify any core wp files.
