who here runs a CCBILL affiliate program with cascades with Epoch and/or Segpay?

i need to ask you something if you do

in CCBILL's Traffic Manager Configurations - when you set up an Epoch configuration it appears you can only use ONE product code "pi code" - if so when you use Epoch in a cascade that means you're sending traffic to an Epoch signup page with only one subscription option on it, presumably a 1 month recurring subscription. am i correct? if so, it sucks.

How does this cascading system work? I was wondering about using zombaio for my second billing company....

Is there a way to find out if its worth it?

We use epoch as our secondary processor as you described but it sends the user to multiple options. I will double check to make sure, but I am pretty sure of that.

It has definitly increased our sales a tiny bit.

If you use Epoch (CCBill -> Epoch Cascade) that the Data Plus feature is enabled on Epoch's end. You still want affiliates to get their cut.

i've asked both Epoch and CCBILL tech support about this - why I came here because I've learned I can't just accept either company's tech support as the facts. which sucks.

let me know please, it's important.

jesus christ - neither Epoch or CCBILL has mentioned anything about Data Plus, and they both know what I'm trying to do. CCBILL has no documentation for cascading with Epoch, they do for Segpay and as far as Epoch documentation goes, i'd love to find some, I can't find any in Epochstats.

You are correct in that we can only pass one PI code through right now. Honestly I do not recall hearing a request for this to be modified but if there is a demand for it we can certainly look into it.

I am sorry that you feel you cannot trust our tech support. I may not be correct 100% of the time but if it's something I am not positive on I double check 100% of the time so feel free to hit me up.

We found a way to pass through multiple price points on a CCBill to Epoch cascade. If anyone needs any assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.

Paul came through - i should have contacted him days ago but i hate being a pain and just wanted to use the regular client support.

so i did good - they found a workaround to a limitation that Traffic Manager has.

thanks Paul

I'd be interested to know how you did that.

It is really just a matter of adding the proper vars. Hit me up and we can take a look at your account.
