10% webmaster referral would be of that 70%, so it would be more like 7% of the overall 100%. Still a lot, true, but not all affiliates are referred by another webmaster.

The 10% probably comes out of the 70, plus they can split the ccbill shit.

So:

70% revshare

= 25.5% for the program.

Sorry didnt reply sooner, was out having my regular Sunday munch

OK even though Agent 488 kinda fielded this for us (job offer on the way to him !) lol... I will just elaberate a little...

As he said we pay a tiered system, with the first tier at 50%... but with the potential for the affiliate to earn a higher % based on the volume of sign up's they send, with 55% 60% 65% and 70% tier's achievable... with my logic being if an affiliate can send me 100+ sales in a month, I have no objection with him getting the majority of any sale afterwards...

We do indeed pay a generous 10% webmaster referral, even though I should add that not every sale comes from a referred webmaster... so this 10% is rarely paid out... I would say we have around 100 people promoting us so far, but only a handful of those were referred by another webby...

I should also correct Sly... the webmaster referral gets you 10% of the sale, not 10% of the webmaster you have referred payout... We also take 100% of the processing fee's, so that a true 10%... same with the % we pay for the sale whether it's 50% or 70% the affiliate gets the entire %... they dont have to pay a part of the processing fee...

So a combination of the tiered payouts, and not all webmasters being referred means there is a little more of the cake left than the .5% you suggested thankfully

We will over time grow our own traffic as well to suppliment the affiliatte traffic... at the moment I would guess it's around 80/20 in favour of affiliatte traffic... I would like to see it move more towards 70/30 or even 60/40 at some point...

In regards to upsells (very different from cross sales) we do indeed upsell various things in our members area... this ranges from other paysites through to webcam sponsors, through to dating sponsors.

I think it's important to try and monitorise the member, making each members spend as high as possible. We are in business at the end of the day, and want to remain in business for a long time to come, offering stability and profit to our affiliattes... We want to be able very soon to offer a PPS payout that is both realistic and sustainable, we also want to be able to raise the base % for our revshare... and to do this we need to maximise our per member spend.

There is without question a symbionic relationship between program owner and affiliate, it's important that we realise the importance to both parties in this relationship... sometimes when the pie is cut up there isnt a great chunk left for the program owner... things like upsells keep the business profitable and enable us to offer more to the affiliate...

You will not see us offering $200 PPS or making unrealistic promises... we are simply a hard working honest company, we want to make money of course, but hope in putting a product together like BittieBucks we can help others make money too.

We have done every thing we can to make the possibility of a sale more likely and hopefully increased the potential for rebills. We have created good looking sites, with good looking unsaturated girls, in an explosive niche like "Big Boobs" we have done all we can to incorporate CCBill's features into our sites, including regional billing and cascading billing where the affiliate is rewarded for no extra work...

We have put together a bunch of promotional tools, and are adding to those all the time. We have just added a new ultra pass styled website www.BoobiePass.com and have loads more planned, including 2 new hot solo girl sites and 1 multi model big boob niche site to the network...

any good paysite that updates regularly will have members return. when members return they type in the url and there is no affiliate split. Not sure what the update schedule is but I have a feeling with these girls there will be a lot of repeat business over time

I agree updates are very important, at the moment on our sites (solo model) we have 1 pic set update and 1 video update a week... we intend to increase this to 2 pic set updates and 2 video updates soon...

We also acknowledge the importance of shooting a more varied selection of content, I do find a lot of the content shot in solo model sites (ours included) very samey... you can only shoot a girl in the same poses so many times... to this end we are getting very creative with the future shoots, lots more girl girl content, lots more messy and wet stuff, outdoor stuff... ect

And I think the biggest addition to our sites over the coming month will be the girls interaction with their sites... with posting on message boards, their own blogs, and most importantly doing webcam shows for their members I believe webcam shows are the biggest reason for retention...

If you figure out a way to get people to stick with just 1 picture set and 1 video set a week I'll be truly impressed. I totally agree and hence why we are putting so much importance on moving to the 2 pic set/2 video updates real soon... Also why I think the interaction is key to any sites success, both in joins and rebills...

The girls are going to be totally "living" their sites... they are going to have a new section of self taken gf styled pics and video... I think this will be a huge addition... they will be doing 2 weekly webcam shows, around a hour in duration... again a huge development Other stuff like message boards and blogs... members buy into the "being part of their lives" it shows the members the girls are involved in the site, and not just pics taken by a big fat bald guy like me lol...



Also I should point out our sites are networked in a join one join all membership, they dont just pay $34.95 for one site, even though I am sure they are joining for the initial sites girl... they do get access to all of our girls (with more sites planned) at the moment that means around 10 weekly updates

Also if they stay a member the price drops to $29.95... with a loyalty bonus also available to remain a member... all pretty standard stuff I guess everyone is doing... but trust me we do want people to stay and earn you guys our affiliates money for the lifetime of the membership
