very little in that artical actually confirms that he was the victim of racisim. Okay he says one person used racist language at him but he himself decided that he didnt get a raise because he was black. it sounds to me that he saw racism where there wasnt any, like a few black people (only a few, not all of them) i've worked with in the past where if they get told off no matter what for, they decide its because of their colour.
