I asked Visa directly and they confirmed that Visa blocked the Visa cards; at the same time Visa claims that we should be able to access the funds stored on the Visa debit card (without saying exactly how). Visa recommends to contact SKNB directly (exactly the opposite what Epassporte suggests). This pointing of fingers obviously is quite pointless. So who is responsible, and who is tangible?

Since Visa started this issue and was able to devalue the Visa plastic cards, it's obviously Visa who can end it - if they want. Visa is an international brand claiming to allow for "easy" and "secure" purchases, Visa is advertising how great heir debit cards are, and the Visa label is clearly printed on the Visa Electron card. They even want you to pay your rent with your Visa card and promise stuff like a Zero Liability policy.

It's up to Visa to explain why our Visa Electron cards are still devalued, and it's up to Visa to help us getting the real money back that is stored on our Visa Electron cards. Whoever the incapable middleman might be - imho it's Visa's job to secure the safety and accessibility of our money on Visa Electron cards. If they don't care, the Visa brand isn't worth a shit.

Since I have received a withdrawal from the Epass wallet to my CC, I'm thinking this still might be a better way to collect money compared to checks (in Europe). However, I think I will better play it safe until they will get their problems resolved (or not).

They don't have access to Virtual money you fucking dumbass, over 2 weeks and you still don't know that?

This situation it's serious from VISA ... One week before the block of Visa cards issued an public statement which denounces the situation of lawlessness Epass .. This was a responsible behavior ..

from their last statement i thought it will be resolved very soon. but sadly until now no real good news. i agree with those who said epass might shutdown considering they don't have revenue for a pretty long time now. :(
