Prediction on programs using epass as an excuse for payment?
Anyone have the odds on programs using epass recent trouble(s) as a reason not to pay just like the webmaster checks issue?

They should not have any excuse whatsoever not to pay anyone whom iif they currently or previously offered payouts via check, wire or other methods, and we all know if they make some excuse that they're full of shit
