DomainNameSystems holding domains hostage. what to do?
I know they fucked up long ago but before I could also get the EPP Code
now i get: [Error retrieving EPP code. Please try again later.] which sounds like its hard-embedded into the HTML code and not fucking error at all no response from support no phone number how can i get the name out of there? who can pressure them? |

You have to put in a support ticket and hope that asshat Gord is in a good mood that day. Usually, after much bullshit, he will release the domains. Try to be civil as he loves to be a cock and being aggressive about it will just make him delay it even longer.

Keep pounding their support system. Thatīs how i managed to get my EPP codes.
Also, if you changed the email they have on file or the email addresse attached to a domain - check them. They automatically kept sending some of the codes to an old email ISP email that i donīt even have anymore. Best of luck with it, i feel your pain.
