Filezilla. But if you use windows you should make sure you have Windows properly secured since some are now trying to grab the file which filezilla uses to store all your passwords. While you're at it secure your server better as well so that other access control measures besides passwords are used.

Just to make sure you knew (you might already), Filezilla works great on Linux. In fact the main developer actually prefers developing for Linux.
