Just a little update over here. I called yesterday and their phone operators didn't find any record for my wire requests sent on september 3rd.

After a VERY long talk with a few different operators I was able to get a couple of new ticket numbers for each wire, and a statement from them saying that the wire will be sent in the next 5 to 10 days.

So basically after waiting 23 days, they were just put into queue yesterday. Hoping to get a response today or tomorrow from their Account Verification department.

On one side, It's great to know their phone support is operational around the clock. Unfortunately they don't have/don't release much information about anything.

Will update the thread as soon as I have more news. If anyone had success in getting their wires approved and sent lately, please let us know.

seriously, it took them 23 days to tell you they lost your original request and now it is going to take you another 5 - 10 days. I've heard this song and dance from people before that owed me money and you never see it. It's always a couple more days and another excuse.

I know what you mean, but I just can't seat down and keep waiting to see what happens. And considering that being overseas and not having much more options at the moment, you can't blame me for trying. Money is money and I busted my ass to make it. Michael has been very responsive and helpful with me in the past, so I'm hoping to at least get a straight answer in the next few days.

Old news.

Its been a month now and no wire, but my 4th email from an Indian call center employee basically saying "were so busy, you'll get it when we send it."

A week ago I tried the management at Oxymoron and they promised to have epass process it "immediately".

On Monday I will have my attorney contact Gregory Elias and find out exactly where the money is.

Since most people requesting wires on September 3 did not receive them 25+ days later, I decided I would not wait one day more for my request made on SEPT 8... no way.

I did withdraw all my money via other people (ACH). It cost me 15% overall, but at least I have my money and I'm not waiting after Epassporte anymore.

I mean, if it took them one month to send the first wires... how long would it take them to queue until September 8? November? December? Fuck off. Especially since they did not release any statement or status regarding the wires.

Just checked my bank account and noticed the money just arrived safe and intact (minus the wire fees of course).

Thomas007, thank you very much for providing that information on your thread, it was incredibly helpful for getting everything "in motion" My inquiries were responded almost inmediately through those contacts.

I'd advice to follow the same route if you have funds stuck on your wallet. ACHs and withdrawals to debit/credit cards are also working as far as I know. Hopefully Epassporte will get back on track after the heavy storm passes, but it was a real risk keeping the money there.
