![]() Doing work exclusively online and having no inhouse employees to manage gives me the freedom to travel and work....So I do a lot of trips to different places and work for a month....All I need is wifi in the apartment I rent, a decent chair and privacy....he he
I normally bring a laptop and an extra screen........What's your set up ? I normally go for serviced apartments, I don't like to live in hotels for too long time..... and nothing bling bling.....I like it low key... Just got back from Cairns, Australia.... Worked from here: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Rev...ueensland.html I have worked from most of Europe like Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Bratislava, Tallin and South America like Colombia, Peru, Brazil. Did Asia and Mexico and would like to do the US as well.... So please post your links to places to great serviced apartments where online guys like us can work from in peace and enjoy new places.... |

If you are coming to the US you can get some great deals on vrbo.com. You just have to pick out places that are run like a serviced apartment as opposed to a house swap style place.
My buddy has been having a hell of a time renting his vacation home in San Diego even after slashing prices from previous years. So I think there's some deals to be had. |

Someone needs to make a 'traveling webmaster' site with a location guide for good hotels/serviced apartments with solid internet and so on. List a few reputable places to get replacement parts and/or photo gear. Local cafes and restaurants with wifi, etc. Not sure how to monetize it though.
