Payoneer...

I've patiently waited for almost a month, but I've had it (so I'm coming to bitch on a board )

September 8, I ordered a card from Payoneer, and soon received a mail that my address might be incomplete, and if it is complete, I should let them know so that they could send a card.

There are no problems with the address, so I send them an e-mail (replying to the one they sent) that the address is fine.

Guess what.. no answer and nothing changes in my account. Very well, I send them another email after a week, using a form on their site.. Still, nothing.

So, payoneer.. go fuck yourselves. I shouldn't have to chase you down.

It says on their site that it can take up to 30 business days to receive the card, depending on where you are. So maybe the card is still on your way and you should be patient for a few more days.

if the card is in the mail, there is a card number in the account. instead, it says n/a. their support is retarded and just plain hadn't answered my requests.

by the way I don't live in a weird country. Well I do but we're still part of EU

I think I even found where the alleged mistake is, and that could have been fixed long time ago, if only anyone bothered to respond to support requests.

Payoneer works great for me, the only thing I hate is the load fees

It depends on the partner, for several affiliate programs I know load within 1 business day is free.

Yeah, I'm having same problem with them, Matthew. I'm waiting for more than 30 days already for my card approval. I uploaded funds, my ID, sent few emails and they didn't reply. So it's 30-45 days for card approval + 30 days to receive the card by mail + no support. Anyone has any other way of contacting payoneer support (email, skype, icq, msn)?

A coincidence? I just got mail from payoneer saying that my card has been approved, and its number appeared in the account. I sent all the details to the mail Ethersync mentioned here, and that probably helped most..
