i have over 10k on VV so do i need to send any documents to use my card on the ATM?

and where should i send them if so?

you need to email them

after you do that, they will email you due diligence form and ask for some certified docs..
passport
utility bill
sources of funds
proposed use of funds

good luck, hope you get your money.
lots of people going to email them today so email them asap to get quicker response
