Epassporte not working when bank...

says it should be working. Is anyone else having this problem? I keep trying to use it after a couple phone calls to St Kitts, them saying both times, the card should work.

It's not working for me. "Card not valid."
It's not expired, though!

Is there any possibility that the activation process could take a while to fully propagate through the system so cards not working now may work later today?

Thats what my husband said, he wonders if that is the problem. I am supposed to try it at an ATM in about a half hour, then call them back.

Please report back. I'm in Toronto also with under 2K balance and it didn't work for me either.

Nothing yet, they keep telling me the card is supposed to be active. They told me to try it at a bank ATM, because I was using it at a convenience store ATM, neither one worked. I am usually a nice person when I talk to customer service people, but when I call back for the 5th time, I am not going to be nice.

Will update after I get done with call.
