How is "Slice Porn" a high quality domain name? Seriously?! I'm not trying to be mean but what the hell does that even mean?
That's not a high quality domain name. It's not even really worth reg fee. For a domain name to be high quality it needs to be like you said, short, easy to remember BUT also needs to remotely make sense. Pickles Phone no more go together than Slice Porn.

For the most part, the "quality' of a domain name is relative. It's worth "something" to "somebody"....
Leaving relative value out, the true value of a domain name is inversely proportional to the length of the name itself and is especially true of .com's and .net's. Everything else has little true value. To sell a low-value domain, see relative value.
