im doing anxiety drug testing right now actually...

Kava is very good and natural.. if you can find it... actually increases your cognition as well nice...

Other than that most of the benzadizpines like valium and xanax are good except they inhibit your cognition somewhat...

Personally im prone to hit the scotch or red wine... which is actually probably not a good idea but hey what evs.

my shrink said (and a friend who is one also) exercise, vit D/sunlight, stress management. popping pills for a psychologically reasoned anxiety while not dealing the source and reason why it's happening won't give you any results
