Can't find any information about available prepaid cards types/limits. Also nobody was able to tell me the exact name of the bank issuing prepaid cards.
And how is i-payout/emc2 associated with this webpage: gvwallet[dot]com that looks exactly as i-payout[dot]com/emc/

Share this info here, please. Thanks.

We have more than one stored value option in our system, including the Globe Visa International Debit Card, which is issued by the Bank of Antigua to cardholders anywhere in the world outside of the US. It has a $2,500 daily limit for withdrawals and has one of the more liberal usage policies in the industry. With our newly negotiated fee structure, if an EMC2 Payouts e-wallet holder wants to order the card they will enjoy an extremely low cost structure.

In addition to the above option the user can sign up for a Virtual Visa card and have that issued right away. With this option you can start using your Visa within minutes and not have to wait for a card.

so the maximum amount you can have paid to you in a month is 8000?

is that correct? what happens if you get more then 8000?

or is it just the balance that cant go over 8000?

i dont appreciate being forced one way or another by certain sponsors.

just another reason to bring all traffic indoors

Is that the Bank of Antigua which had liquidity issues in 2009 and recently (Oct. 13, 2010) was renamed into Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank (ECAB) with 25% of Caribbean Gov. share?

The Antigua bank was failing. Among others SKNANB bailed them out.

If not already I bet the EMC2Payouts cards will be issued under the same Visa license as ePassporte.

There are many banks in Antigua. The card issuing bank is Global Bank of Commerce, which is a different bank than the one mentioned in the above link.

Well, your own LilyAllenRules said "... Visa International Debit Card, which is issued by the Bank of Antigua to cardholders anywhere in the world outside of the US"
That is the failing bank. Don't shoot me if that information was incorrect and you are not issuing cards from that bank.

Sorry for the confusion, we should have clarified. Global Bank of Commerce is a bank in Antigua, but it is not the Bank of Antigua.

Global Bank of Commerce is a pretty good bank in Antigua, with pretty much experience in debit cards...Global Bank of Commerce = Ikobo.com (witch works pretty good after many years)

Jason, how do we sign up for a business account ? Just fill in the normal form and send in the corporate documents ? We are interested in the EUR international cards..

Thanks for clearing up the confusion, two very different banks. Did you (I-Payouts or EMC2) at an earlier stage issues cards through or hold funds at Bank of Antigua?
