October 18, 2010,

Dear Account Holders,

Please be advised wire disbursement requests are being processed daily and we are working to respond to emails that have been sent to [email protected]. We have a small group of people working to complete these tasks and they are dealing with thousands of fraudulent requests and duplicate forms which are causing further delays. Please only send one email to [email protected] to ensure your request is handled in a timely manor.

Please DO NOT contact the offices of United bank or Mr. Gregory Elias. Correspondence sent to these parties will slow down the process ePassporte controls. There are also a number of websites posting contact information for people who are not longer employed by ePassporte. Contacting or harassing these individuals will delay your request.

We would like to assure each and every Account Holder that all funds will be returned. We are also working to restore the ability to view balances and submit documents online. We hope to have this functionality available before the end of the week and will post updates on our home page when available. Please continue to check the ePassporte.com website daily for new messages or information.

If you have funds on your Visa Virtual Account, please contact St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank. Their contact information and messages about these balances are available on their website: www.sknanb.com.

If they didn't take the message center down and only allowed wire requests to be made through it, there would be a lot less fraudulent requests.

These are delaying tactics to hold out hope and delay any legal action against them until such action becomes fruitless because the money has gone.

If you are owed a considerable sum then take legal action now before it is too late. If they had the means and mechanisms to pay out they would have by now and would be more upfront about the processes.

It's likely that when the money is siphoned off (probably already happened), office contents, equipment, etc has been carted off to auction, the shredding has been completed, the document destruction done that the web site will just disappear and the emails will stop coming.

Call me skeptical but I have seen this shit too many times before.

This has been on my mind too. The amount of different docs they have is a real worry.

I have said this a number of times on different threads, what are the chances they have the money to pay out everyone.

To be able to make payouts to everyone, at the time of closing the doors they would have needed more than 100% of the money owed in security or cash. This would put them in a better position than a bank because even a bank can't handle a run on accounts.

The mere act of closing the door and laying off staff would have cost money in payouts and terminations. Then there are the fees for the lawyers, accountants etc. Then the costs of doing business, keeping a web site hosted, lease payments on plant and equipment etc.

So in order for ePassporte to make good on all accounts it would need to have more security and cash than account holders are owed. Considering Mallick made a flop of a movie, lived a movie star lifestyle and likely allowed the upper echelons of the company do the same then it is most likely they are well short of being able to pay out all account holders.

I'd recommend anyone with a sizable debt owed that they see a lawyer pronto to have any hope of recovering something out of the funds that may be left.
