As I have been out of touch I am asking for some refers to reliable sponsors who pay on time and who have good sites and content

http://www.kinkydollars.com/ (kink.com) has always made payments for years like Naughty America. However my conversions turned horrible ( 1:4000+) this year as have my rebills. Some love them still and claim to have great ratios so YMMV.

http://www.swurve.com seems like a good affiliate friendly Dating program. I only started sending them traffic a day or two ago so cannot say much about conversions or payments yet.

I also highly recommend ccbill sponsors in these times if you aren't too keen on having to chase your money nor tolerant of those hassles.
