In fairness to MFC, they almost certainly didn't approve HER, most likely she was working on somebody else's account and with a site as busy as MFC it would be practically impossible to prevent this in real time.

I have heard they have a very heavy fining system, so you can be sure the performer or studio will pay for this, which you would hope would teach them not to do it again but in reality probably will not.

Agreed- and not debating that it can happen. I've got a few myself - just glad that you sent it along because something like this CAN and will shut down a company and all their sites if it goes unnoticed.
