My body clock is so totally screwed up
I love travelling but the thing I don't enjoy is how messed up my body clock gets. This trip has been particularly bad. I left the UK on the 1st of November which was the day after the UK changed the clocks.
Then I flew to Philly where they hadn't yet changed the clocks back. Then a few days into being in the Philly area the States changed the clocks. Then yesterday I flew out here to the San Francisco area. My body has no idea where it is but yet manages to wake me up at 4am local time every darn day. |

mine is broken for some years now. i cannot sleep before 4-6 am and therefore always sleep through half of the day :-/

i almost cannot have a normal sleeping schedule myself. Just woke up at 1:30pm and in a few days I'll be going to bed at 4 in the morning. Almost makes me want to quit for a regular job
