Looking to hire kick ass landing page designer.

We have a ton of work so deal is either on a pay as we go base, fixed weekly deal or long term contract.

They are hard to find.

At least those who do good work, delivery timely, and know anything about converting a sale. That's for sure. Even when you have a nice budget, those who are good typically are scooped up quick.

I have been shopping for a new one myself. Hard to get the package deal.
