I am in Kansas and your file downloaded at 1.8mbps.

I then tested my internet here:

http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/

4.73mbps...Download Speed
6.19mbps....Upload speed

another test I was get 4.1-4.3meg down....

that's very good speed for OVH, I was under impression that OVH has poor connectivity outside EU

Servint is topnotch provider
