Maybe try "ChatPopBox". ???? (www.ChatPopBox.com) its very popular and effective compared to the old style IM popups that flooded the market due to the fact its facebook styled and many surfers recognise and use a simlar system every day.
It also has geo targeting (can be switched on/off) and is wordpress friendly etc...

i wrote an im ad wordpress plugin, you put in the title, description, tour url (url to send too) .
