Question about paying for blog entries

I run out of time to write a blog post everyday so I was wondering what a reasonable price to pay someone to write 300-500 words for products on my website? Is $3-5 for 300-500 words too cheap? All they will have to do is use the description I have and rearrange the text and put a link and 1 picture min. Is this reasonable payment for that kind of work?

It depends. For a poor piece of average text from a lousy writer? Sure.

Plenty of people will work for $1 for 100 words, but you get the reliability, experience and commitment associated with that.

You get what you pay for in every industry - so weigh up the factors and relate it to how you want your site to be.

I was just wondering because I thought I saw a post the other saying there are so many out of work bloggers that it shouldnt be too hard to find a decent writer for decent pay.

What should I pay per 100 words of content that includes a picture and a link to the product? I definitely don't want someone who can't write a sentence that wouldn't make any sense. If anyone has a person who can help me please hit me up ASAP. TIA

Copywriting is the use of words to promote a person, business, opinion or idea. Although the word copy may be applied to any content intended for printing (as in the body of a newspaper article or book), the term copywriter is generally limited to promotional situations, regardless of the medium (as advertisements for print, television, radio or other media). The word copywriting is regularly used as a noun or gerund, and copywrite is sometimes used as a verb by professionals. The author of newspaper or magazine copy, for example, is generally called a reporter or writer or a copywriter.
