Televisions...

I'm looking at getting a new TV, but I can't decide which one. My living room isn't that big, so I don't need a 50"+ tv or anything like that. Maybe a nice 36" or something.

Any recommendations?

Just bought a Sony Wega. If you can afford it, go for it.

It can double as a monitor and tv.

Not sure if I want to go with a plasma just yet. They seem to be marked up 300% over other TV's of the same size just because they are smaller. They do look cool though.

Sony 36" Wega is a great TV.

JVC iArt makes one of the most popular 36" TV's.

Nobody makes a better Projection TV than Hitachi (they dropped out of making tube tv's and put all their r&d into projection - 75% off all projection tv's use the guns that Hitachi make - but they keep the best ones for themselves)

Plasma is overrated and overpriced. Until they work out a way to deal with the jagged edges and burn out ratio on the pixels, these tv's will be for novelty only.
