The best $50 I have ever spent.
I bought the Microsoft natural ergo 4000 keyboard about a week ago and it is amazing. I went from having some serious wrist pain from all the typing to having no pain even if I crank out 20,000 words in a day.

If you type a lot, I highly recommend one.

does that actually work worth a damn? I have tried a few of those programs in the past and they sucked pretty bad.

I have had the 3000 for years now, have 2 just in case....any difference between the 3000 and the 4000?

I'm not 100% sure. I have seen a few pics of the 3000 and it looks like it is pretty similar, but maybe the wrist rest and risers are a little different. Not to mention a few extra buttons that I will probably never use.
