CAM4 is looking for a self-directed freelance SEO Specialist to execute optimization projects across our network of websites and support our senior SEO consultant with data analysis and reporting.

This role focuses on hands-on implementation, site auditing, and scalable optimization using the latest SEO tools and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Auditing & Implementation
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits across our network (main site, blogs, model signup pages, whitelabel domains)
- Execute site-wide optimization projects (title/meta tags, internal linking, content structure)
- Perform technical SEO cleanup (broken links, duplicate content, indexation issues)

Project Ownership & Performance Tracking
- Take ownership of optimization campaigns from audit to measurable results
- Develop cross-site content strategy and interlinking opportunities
- Monitor and report on performance across our entire network
- Work directly with our development team on technical implementations

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Deep-dive analysis of Google Search Console data across large-scale websites
- Performance tracking across multiple markets, languages, and subdomains
- Generate monthly performance reports using GSC, Ahrefs, and other tools
- Monitor competitor rankings and SERP changes at scale
- Track progress on SEO initiatives with clear ROI metrics

Content & Optimization Support
- Execute title/meta optimization projects across thousands of pages
- Conduct keyword research and create keyword clusters for different markets
- Generate on-page content using SEO guidelines and modern AI tools
- Competitive analysis and content gap identification
- Scale optimization efforts using available technologies and automation

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with large-scale websites and demonstrable results
- Experience with high-traffic sites (500k+ monthly visitors preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities - you can work independently on complex challenges
- Self-directed work style - minimal supervision needed for project execution
- Professional approach to adult content - this is business, we treat it as such
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to show concrete traffic/ranking improvements

Technical Requirements
- SEO Tools: Expert level with Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (required)
- Modern Tools: Experience with AI/LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for content creation and optimization
- Data Analysis: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
- Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus
- Technical: Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and how search engines crawl/index sites

Preferred Qualifications
- JavaScript/Technical SEO knowledge - understanding of rendering, crawling, and indexation
- Experience with adult industry SEO challenges and opportunities
- Data analysis experience - comfortable with large datasets, SQL/BigQuery preferred
- International/multilingual SEO experience
- CMS experience (WordPress, headless CMS platforms)

- Large-scale title/meta optimization across thousands of performer pages
- Investigate and resolve crawling/indexation issues across multiple domains
- Cross-site optimization campaigns targeting specific geographic markets
- Content strategy development for blog network and user-generated content

Work Environment
- 30-40 hours per week (flexible hours based on workload and experience)
