Minimum order 100's ips.

Right now this is an exclusive network and he will only work with 2 or 3 people max as long as you are all in different niches.

Where can you find aquality Class C IP for 1$? Please show me and trust me that person will get alot of business from me and my friends.

That's obviously $2/ip/month, right? IPs are obviously exclusive? or is it $2 for a shared ip? How many different servers?
