I'm posting this on behalf of a friend.

He is looking for a joint venture into seo hosting.

Currently he has 385 unique C class IPs in different cities on his network and wants to share them with other webmasters to bring down his costs.

He is willing to setup seo hosting with you starting at $2 per unique ip

Minimum order 100's ips.

Right now this is an exclusive network and he will only work with 2 or 3 people max as long as you are all in different niches.

an IP costs me $1, you are selling each one at $4 - $6 when everyone has bought in?

Where can you find aquality Class C IP for 1$? Please show me and trust me that person will get alot of business from me and my friends.

That's obviously $2/ip/month, right? IPs are obviously exclusive? or is it $2 for a shared ip? How many different servers?

yes, exclusive IPs for my friend, you, and another 2 people.

I don' know how many servers there would be, he would be able to answer you.

Sites on those IPs need to be clean as to avoid any bad neighborhood problems.
