How can you be SURE someone has to read a letter?
 
Say I want to write to some asshole who has huge celebrity status. But I want the letter to make it past his personal assistants and other idiots. Is there something that can be written on the envelope that'll make it more likely to get through?

Yes, in the return address, put something like:

Johnson Medical Labs
Re: Test Results
545 Madison Ave
City, State, Zip

And then somewhere on the envelop stamp with red ink "Private & Confidential"!

Any decent PA will already know that you have VD :) Nice trick, unlikely to work.

Perhaps marking the letter/package as containing explosives would get more attention :P

Most celebs do business as legal entities ( corporation, LLC etc). All corporations have Resident Agents that are required by state law to accept legal service for the celeb's corporate entity. A corporation's Resident Agent has both the legal obligation and fiduciary responsibility by law to make sure that the addressed officer of the corporation receives the letter.

Sent the letter certified return receipt (Domestic USA less that $10.00).

Finding that celebs place and name of incorporation might be a problem ...
