Application form and payment for 6 strongbox copies sent on 23 Jan, without any response until now.

As CandyFlip said our phone number, email address, and ICQ is all over the board as well as our site. If you didn't receive the email we sent you on the 23rd, you could call, email, or ICQ.

I tried calling you, but I only speak English and Spanish, so that didn't work so well. I'll re-send the email from the 23rd and hopefully you get it this time.

FYI CPAK, I looked at the mail logs and we replied to your email in 7 minutes, so you can look for that reply seven minutes after you emailed us.

If you don't find it we can check your server logs to see what your server did with it and where it went after your server got it - when and if it was downloaded to your computer, etc. If there is something in our email that made your system think it might be spam or something we'd want to address that of course.

We have had strongbox for many years & most definitely was the best money I have ever spent regarding scripts & addons, especially as it's security at it's highest! :2 cents:

Eh, emails are sometimes lost or overlooked. It happens. The thing now is to find out why he didn't see our email. If it's in his spam folder, why? Is there anything we can do to help make sure the emails we send don't get marked as spam? Is there a setting he may want to change is his filter?

Well played, from a customer service perspective, but I think we all see the humor in the way you posted the logs, etc.
