DUTCH content providers are GREAT, but what's wrong with USA providers?
You guys/girls selling content in USA need to learn from Dutch content sellers.
I won't give names, and don't know what's wrong with you guys in USA, but every single US content providers I deal with, I have very bad support... They just don't care about their clients, IT SEEMS... Maybe I was just unlucky, and there are a few USA content sellers that know how to treat their clients. Try to learn from the Dutch content providers they really know how to deal with their clients. That's what I wanted to say. Everytime one of my friends or collegues ask me where to buy content I will always send them to the DUTCH or other EUROPEAN content providers. Period. |

We are jaded from listening to you to no end about "your detailed and specific EXCLUSIVE CONTENT weird nichy needs" only to find out that you are clutching a $5 bill for your budget. I am trying to order from a USA CONTENT PROVIDER.
Today is the 4th time I ask them the question: "Will you provide me with 2257 of these picture SETs?" and they don't answer that question... NEVER EVER. What's wrong with them? I include that question in several emails where I ask them a few questions, including that 2257 info, and they ALWAYS answer ther other quesiton but never ever answer the 2257... Until they don't answer I wont complete the ORDER. |

Is it really necessary to trash talk an entire nation over some bad support experiences?
How many bad experiences was it just so we can know? Less than half a dozen expriences or more than a full dozen? Also, what defines poor support for the sake of the thread? It's very hard to sit here and take it seriously without any actual real world examples. One persons reply is NOT a reason to not do business with an entire nation. |

there used to be a few companies doing content on high level, matrix comes to mind but seem to recall a few others. in reality the content bulk business is not really profitable in the US (unless the content is stolen or otherwise illegal). |
Taking care of you before you buy has nothing to do with support. That's sales.
So you're not really complaining about their support, because you aren't buying. Your complaint is with their Sales Departments. |
