A week ago my passport has expired so they asked me to submit new valid passport.
So right after i received a new one i scanned it and sent them PDF scan of passport, they rejected saying it was cropped and low resolution, so without complaining i rescanned it by putting on over a white blank page so the scanner will not auto crop the passport and sent them 3500x4700 scan and guess what ? they rejected it again asking me a photo (not a scan) of my passport, And it's not like i joined them week ago or something, i joined them right after the epass events and this is a replacement proof of identity of an expired passport.
is everyone passing this with them or is it just me ? :mad:

I've been using paxum since they opened up, and now they want new copies of my documents. Except frankly I don't need the pain in my ass that doing this is, and, I'm also not comfortable with them having scans of my stuff when they have demonstrated such bad support and especially systems integrity. (Ruth and Chris excepted of course. I'm talking about what I assume is foreign dirt-foots both CSR's and I would guess, programmers).

The US is turning Japan lol
