Dedico.com hosting needs to get in here and take care of ticket #9878 that has been pending for MONTHS without a reply from them.
We can address the reason for the ticket off the boards or on the boards, up to you guys. |

And support is when i need something, not because something is off all the time :), i had maybe had 2 site problems in 7 yrs, best HOSTING COMPANY on world! |
I've been with Dedico for a few years now and I can honestly say that not only is it one of the best hosters I have ever had, but the owner Costa has been outstanding when it comes to dealing and handling my business on a 1 to 1 basis....I have no complaints...

My email to them In November 2012, and here it is 6 months later and still no refund, them only offering $800:
Jeremy, I made the request at the beginning of August to cancel service and refund my year pre-pay, would have been sooner except I could only move my sites away so fast. This was not a 1 time thing, this was a series of abuses, first lying about having backup service only to find out when I needed the backups none existed when my server from you died, then multiple downtimes and a promise that there was monitoring in place so it would never happen again only to find out a server was down for a month before I was notified, this happened MULTIPLE TIMES, then an unannounced downtime of a couple days to a mission critical server (moved my server across country by car with no notice to a new facility), excuse after excuse. Now the latest, A ticket from august going unanswered till today November 9th. I paid $3500 for the year, broken down into months that is $291 per month, I used the server for 8 months only if you include downtimes in that, that is a 4 month balance of $1164. |
