Double time and a half...too tempting to pass up.

double hourly rate AND half of your hourly rate on top of that?

or, double the rate for time and a half?

or, do you have to work double time and another half a shift?

this is very confusing to me and I think we all need clarity on what is going on here.

Not really; anyone that has had a union job knows that at double time and a half a $20/hr job is paying $50/hr

I don't have days off. Every day I get support tickets from both YNOT Mail and Dating Factory...

I went a solid decade like that before deciding enough is enough. So I took a second 9 to 5 and scaled back our adult production.

And then what happens? After 8 years I've worked my way to management and now I run the entire show again. :1orglaugh

But at least I'm in a position to dictate my own hours and choose to work the overtime on the long weekend for good money. :thumbsup

After shooting content in Bogota, I'm holed up with a couple of Colombian hookers until my red-eye flight Sunday back to NY. Something on the news about 50,000 troops deployed to Bogota to keep order during some protests, so I'm not going anywhere until flight-time.
