I went a solid decade like that before deciding enough is enough. So I took a second 9 to 5 and scaled back our adult production.

And then what happens? After 8 years I've worked my way to management and now I run the entire show again.

But at least I'm in a position to dictate my own hours and choose to work the overtime on the long weekend for good money.
